No, the mayo for sure won't make it the night, I would be suspect of the tuna at that point also. I rule that I learned while working in restaurants is...when in doubt, throw it out.
It sucks to throw away food that you've spent good money on but food poisoning, although most of the time it's just a stomach ache, it can be serious and even deadly.
Just throw it out and start again.

I would not eat it. The tuna would maybe be OK but mayo is made from eggs and when it goes bad you could get sick. Better Safe then Sorry

The mayo isn't bad, the tuna is. The mayo affected the proteins in the tuna to the point where it will make you sick if you eat it. Pitch it and start again.
I'll bet it didn't smell too good either, huh?

no, tuna doesn't need to be refridgerated until opened---however, mayo if already opened needs to be refridgerated---i would not risk the chance of getting samonila (not a fun thing) and just make a new sandwich

Don't eat it! It could be a weapon. Or I know, take it to a public health department lab and let us know what they found.

Please, please Dear, throw it out right away.
Bacteria doubles in a very short time.
Tuna is cheap....a night doubled over your toilet is very unpleasant.
