after months of unsucsesfull diets i have decided that enought is enough!! i wanna be in shape by summer ..3 months time!!! i weight nearly 12 stone...5 ft 3. overweight and fat!!
what im doing now for the last week is having only a bannana and orange for breakfast130 calories...soup for lunch....75 calories(no bread) and a salad or light meal for tea at abooyut 5 in the evening. b4 lunch i do a 30 minute continuas excersise sweating ect!! inc jogging sit ups star jumps straeching muscles...with all this do you think i could reach my target weight of 8 half stone by june time??? if not what other exersises do you sujest.i also walk alot throughout the day...20 minutes everday to the kiddies school....and take dog for a walk.what else do you sugest i could do????

Sounds good. But this is a definite weight buster.
Learn about acid/base ratio in the body. Basically, if you eat too much acidic stuff, your pancreas will take alkaline(basic) from parts of your body to make up for it. Reducing your energy levels and organic health.
So make your food intake 2 thirds alkaline.
Reduce animal protein, cooked foods, cooked oils, they're deadly.
Eating fruit in the morning isn't recommended, for they are full of sugar(even if its natural sugar), and the residue of sugar is very acidic. It's just ok from time to time.
A few good things are carrots and celery as a light meal or snack, dipped in plain yoghurt. Any vegetable, not too cooked if possible, and raw foods....whole meal bread, nuts, lemon is good, even though it is acid by taste...in your stomach it turns alkaline, same with pineapple.
Green juices, fruit juices, and green/diuretic/chamomille tea.
All this will keep your stomach young and energetic, and free of heavy cherges. You will feel better immediately. So you will rest better, exercise more efficiently, and will be busting with energy. The weight will fall off faster than lead.
18 months ago I was 180 lbs, I've been about 140 for at least 6 months. (I'm tall and bulky)...

You have the basics down....less caloric intake and increase caloric expenditure. Don't try to do it all on the calorie reduction path however. The primary reasons most dieters (not diets) is that the dieters still feel hungry and cheat on their diets. Eat a balanced meal of at least 1200 calories per day and add a multi-vitamin into your regime. Avoid sodas and all alcohol. Alcohol is composed of all calories and zero nutritional value. You have plenty of time....keep your diet consistent and reasonable. Good luck

You should research foods that are healthy but will make you feel full. Whatever you do, do NOT starve yourself. Walking is great exercise but is effective when you walk fast. I honestly don't know what 12 stone is, sorry. I want to know if you have gained this weight or has it always been with you. Exercise in water is good, hard but good. Good luck!

If U eat less, DO NOT starve yourself and work out...you can do it pretty quick...good luck
