I would think you better take treatment from a doctor.You cannot rely on answers from unqualified people for such a serious ailment which has already caused deafness to one of the ears.

Cephalexin is not the greatest coverage for a middle ear infection. If you already have hearing loss, I wouldn't take chances. Go see your doctor and get a better antibiotic for the problem.

Apparently you are considering self medicating, a word of warning, you are dealing with a problem that if not treated by professionals can abscess and then may cause the infection to spread to your brain. Not a very pleasant possibility, do yourself a favor and see a doctor for proper treatment.
