Every morning I wake up I get to hear the sounds of my children playing. I love to tickle their shoulders. It makes them giggle so. It brings joy to my heart to hear such a sincere laugh. Life is a struggle and one of these struggles is to find what brings you joy. Once you find it delve deeply into it and experience it everyday.

It is also the fact that the element of good is more in the creation than the element of evil. We all see that there are more people who are healthy than those who are sick. There are more that eat well then those who starve. There are more that live decent life then those who commit crimes. Goodness is the rule and evil is the exception. Virtue is the norm and sin is the aberration. Generally trees bear fruits, the flowers bloom, the winds move smoothly. .

This is a temporary world and every thing here has a time limit. When its times comes it will die, come to an end and finish. Neither the good things of this world are forever, nor the bad things eternal. We are here for a short time and we are being tested. Those who will pass this test they will find an eternal world that is perfect and permanent. Those who will fail this test they shall see the evil consequences of their sins and corruption.

How many times it happens that we are not careful and still we reach safely to our destinations. The way people drive in some cities, it is a miracle that more accidents do not happen and more people do not suffer. Allah says: (Allah) Most Gracious! 2- It is He Who has taught the Qur'an. 3- He has created man: 4- He has taught him speech (and Intelligence). 5- The sun and the moon follow courses (exactly) computed; 6- And the herbs and the trees both (alike) bow in adoration. 7- And the Firmament has He raised high, and He has set up the Balance (of Justice), 8- In order that you may not transgress (due) balance. 9- So establish weight with justice and fall not short in the balance. 10- It is He Who has spread out the earth for (His) creatures. (al-Rahman 55:1-10)

Abu Yahya Suhaib bin Sinan (May Allah be pleased with him) reported that: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "How wonderful is the case of a believer; there is good for him in everything and this applies only to a believer. If prosperity attends him, he expresses gratitude to Allah and that is good for him; and if adversity befalls him, he endures it patiently and that is better for him".

I don't know what set of circumstances has led you to believe that everything is lost. I'm not making light of what you may be experiencing, but hold on...a change is coming. Life, this side of Heaven, is full of pain and sorrow, but it is also full of beauty and joy. It's the cup half full/half empty story. Things happen which shake us to the core. Even the apostle Thomas said to Jesus, "Lord, I believe; help Thou my unbelief." Every person had doubted, if they will admit it...not God's existence, but His power in their lives or His presence. We change like the wind; so do our circumstances, but He does not. There are many rainbows to come after the storms in your life. God is merciful and He will give you strength and comfort; just hold on and ask Him. Among the thorns are beautiful roses.

There are so many reasons to have faith in God. He sent His Son, Jesus, to die for you and be raised on the third day. He is going to give you eternal life, if you're saved(believe and call on the name of Jesus for salvation). I'm sorry that Satan did what he did to you, and took your faith, but that is what his whole purpose is...to steal, kill, and destroy. Don't let him do that to you. I'll be praying for you, man. I am going through the same thing. I seriously want to throw in the towel, I will not quit. I know if I do quit, I will not be victorious over my trial. Sometimes I ask God if he has abandoned and the answer is no. God is there; He is putting us through this trial so that we will emerge as stronger people.

So don't quit. Keep on believing.

I have been down that track, but i came out the other side alright. It was a battle, every moment of it! I felt so lost and confused, i was so depressed, i cried out to God, asking if he was real, and if he was there. I found my answer, and God turned me around, he shook me up and set me right! When you go through this stage the Devil will want to take you for good, because he knows this is his best chance! He doesn't want good for you, he wants you to die! Its not easy, but its possible to come out on top!

But Life still goes on, we have a choice to sit & moan the rest of our lives, or to shake ourselves & go on with what we can in this life, we can NOT feel sorry for ourselves, it will eat at you like cancer. I choice to carry on, because I know that is what they would want me to do, & now I am remarried to a very wonderful Christian woman 16 yrs. on March 16th this year.

Are you saying that your faith is based upon keeping those you hold dear with you? If that is the case, then I'm sorry my friend, but you never had any to begin with.

i think that the long winded quotations should be ignored
can't they respond for themselves without bringing up someone elses views - most of the time from some madman who was probably considered insane during his time

why not speak from the heart without all the crap
my answer
go out and have a god time - sorry good time - time is the best healer - especially good times
