ITS REARING TO GO like on a horse, or slang rearin' to go, the pronounciation is Aussie mate so it sounds like rarin'

It is "rarin' to go." You just drop the "g" at the end, as in raring to go.

That should be "raring to go" but they contracted it to "rarin to go" , just like "morning" being contracted to "mornin" (slang).
