This is an annoying bug, but not really an important one. It's a bug found in both Nero and the Divx codec. If you delete them the bug will go away (which isn't very helpful), but at least it's not serious.

One thing you may find helpful is if you go to Control Panel and look at Problems and Reports. This tracks bugs like this one and shows you what caused them and if there's a solution.

That's usually a compatability problem.
Used to occur a LOT on early releases of Vista with Nero installed as well as a separate DivX codec pack.
Not sure if this helps your situation or not , but as it is early days , expect a LOT of bugs with Vista , just hope Microsoft are quick to fix all the problems quickly.
If you have a legitimate copy of Vista , send an error report to Microsoft when prompted - they can't fix what they don't know about.

I agree with Rose D and that is one of the reasons I am waiting for about a year before I use Vista so the bugs can get worked out.

if you have bought your pc recently, say 1 month ago, then there will be a problem in vista. you need to do something like reloading or something. i'm not sure abt this thing.
