I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

If you are in the habit of eating McDonald's or any other fast food, I would start off by just making a habit of making your breakfast at home. How about scrambled eggs with whole wheat toast?

After you start forming the habit of making your breakfast at home, try to find foods that are low fat and low on sugar.

After you have formed the habit of staying away from so much fat and sugar, then start forming the habit of drinking PLENTY of water. Drink water before, after and during meals. I would cut out cokes or other drinks if you're in the habit of drinking them. There are SO many hidden calories and sugar in many of the drinks out there. You can't beat plain old water! Drink lots of it throughout the day!

The key to losing weight is taking it slow and form good habits SLOWLY. If you try yot conquer all these areas at once you will give up and get discouraged.

I would reccomend you read, "The Body Sculpting Bible for Women." It has a great nutrition plan and exercise regimen in there.

Don't get discouraged about not losing the weight fast enough! The key is staying consistent and YOU CAN DO IT!!! Keep it up!

First, stay the hell away from any fast food joint. You are killing yourself with that crap. PLEASE, your first step should be driving straight past those joints and never stopping!

If time is limited in the morning, try waking up 30 min earlier to make a healthy breakfast for yourself. You can sit and eat and read the paper or a magazine and have some YOU time. It is my favorite time of the day!

Eat the same thing EVERYDAY for breakfast. At least 1-2 meals should be the same thing everyday. This will help you stay on a fixed nutrition plan.

I have lost 35lbs over the last year through exercise and proper nutrition. For over a year I have eaten the same breakfast everyday!

--2 WHOLE eggs in a bowl, microwave for 1.5 min and then stir up. Try and find organic, free range eggs.

--1 slice whole grain, high fiber bread with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter and 1 tbsp ground flax seeds. Look at the calorie counts in breads before choosing one. Find something with lower calories and high fiber.

--1 fruit of my choosing (usually an orange, banana, pear, or berries)

--WATER

No juice, unless you make it yourself.

If you like oatmeal, try steel cut oats. You can put a 1/4 cup in a crockpot with 1/2 cup water and some cinnamon and a touch of vanilla extract when you go to bed at night. Put it on the lowest setting and when you wake up they will be done and ready to eat. Doesn't get much easier than that. Throw them in a bowl, add some skim or soy milk and some berries or banana. If you like peanut butter you can mix in 1 tbsp (no more) of natural peanut butter.

Congratulations to you for maknig the decision to live a healthy lifestyle!!! Be well!

breakfast is the most important meal of the day and i am sure your mother has told you so eat a healthy hearty breakfast, skip lunch or (eat/drink a protein shake, veggie snacks, no fruit they have natural sugars that still pack on the pounds) eat a lite dinner baked, broiled, steamed, NO FRIED or micowaved dinners! the last time i check micky D's and king were not healthy places to eat. NO sodas substit. sugar for sugar FREE and excersize walk faster park futher clean house faster longer and more incorporate your workout into cleaning and moving around.

ok you definately dont want to do that! oatmeal is great for breakfast, its low GI, keeps you full for ages and has heaps of fibre. have that and a piece of fruit and your off to a great start. try to have a healthy balanced diet (stay away from processed/ take away food) lots of fruit and veg, wholegrains and lean meat. you can have maccas and stuff in moderation!! combine that with 30min of exercise per day and your laughing!
