If your present finances are not enough then you must devise a plan on how you can improve the situation.
There are many scenarios here, so I don't know what applies for you.
If you are working, find out if you can take some courses that could get you a chance for promotion and better money.
If you are at school presently and are struggling, perhaps a week-end job at the local pub, good tips there.....
If you are a highschool person then it is time for you to get a regular part time job.
Try for somethng that gives you a position that you can work up from . Year after year working part time at a place can get you established for increases and more responsible positions.
If you are in debt because of credit cardds and over spending including gambling and other bad habits, then it is time to cut the cards up.
You need to go somewhere and have your debts consolidated so that you are paying one interest and one bill per month.
If you are sitting around and feeling sorry for yourself and not doing anything with your life (which I hope is not the case) then it is time to make some changes in your life.
You must start fresh, new ideas, new habits, new friends, new respect for yourself. Go and get the haircut, dust off the good clothes and get a resumee done.
Get out there and walk the beat and drop off reumees just to places you think are hiring or somewhere you can get an opportunity for training.
There are many things that can be done if you want to do them.
It takes committment on your part and a will to succeed.
get moving Bud....

Survive on less. Cheaper food, cheaper cosmetics. Cheaper hair cuts. cheaper place to live, Drive less. Drink store brand instead of Coke. Don't buy bottled water. Go to $1 movie instead of first run. Buy less clothes. Find a friend to share expenses.

Or get a (gasp) second job.

Are you employed? If not, well there are many jobs out there. If you are employed, ask your boss what will it take for you to get an increase or move up to the next level. You may also consider going to the work force in your county. They offer free training for certain positions that may pay more.

Good luck!

so get an education and figure it out. You should have thought of that long ago. Instead you just laid around and played video games and smoke dope. So you reap what you sow.
