Hi,
I detox with Isagenix. A bit of $$$, but so worth it. You are spending less on groceries and eating out during the cleanse too.
They have a 9-day program, where the average loss is 7lbs. I lost 12lbs on my first 9 day.
Best of luck!

Both Green Tea & Apple Cider Vinegar help to detox you , so, what I do is take a tablespoon of ACV & add it to a bottle ( mine is 16 oz) of Green Tea. That way I get the benefits of both & the taste of the Green Tea some-what masks the taste of the vinegar.

I have one of these drinks per day & after a week, I have felt a bit "tighter" ( less cellulite, my tummy feels tighter, etc) I hope you plan on exercising as well. I started with just taking the stairs, instead of the elevator. Now, I am ready to get back into the gym (didn't what to just jump right back into the gym b/c I always overexert myself at first & end up pulling muscels, so, now I know I won't b/c I have worked my way up to it)

Not only does this drink help to detox, but, both green tea & the acv have many other health benefits as well. Just make sure you also use a straw when you drink it. Since vinegar is an acid, drinking alot of it can erode your teeth (so a straw will help by-pass your teeth in a way)

After two week of drinking this every morning & going to the gym . I have lost 5 lbs. Now, I know that may not sound like much, but, I have a very tough time loosing ANY weight, so, I was estatic to see the scale move.

Hope this helps!

It probably isn't what you imagined but I would recommend the following - it's an outline for a modified fast:
no red meat, only steamed chicken breast and freshwater fish
no dairy, only plain yogurt (live cultures)
copious amounts of fresh vegetable and fruit juices
steamed veggies, raw fruits
no grains, no breads, no sugars (refined carbs)
no condiments (ketchup, mayo, salad dressing, etc.)
no junk/pre-prepared or fast food (goes w/out saying, really)
no sweet drinks, no coffee, only herbal tea and water
vegetarian broth, cleansing hot tea, spirulina tablets

You will have to eat often and plan every single snack and meal. Aim for about 8 small meals/day. This is really the easiest and safest way to go, but don't plan on anything more than 2 weeks. Do lots of walking in the fresh air, saunas, massages, skin brushing and you can even consider having a colonic after the 2 weeks. Just don't expect to lose alot of weight. A detox is not a diet.

Water !!! Loads of it. Work out what half your body weight is in pounds and that is the amount of water in ounces you need to drink per day to stay hydrated and encourage proper flushing of toxins from your system. For example, say you weigh 150 pounds, half of that is 75 pounds. You therefore would have to drink 75 ounces of water per day. Each 250ml glass = 8 oz. So, you need approximately 9.5 glasses of water on a daily basis. Remember to replace any caffeinated drinks with 1.5 x the amount of extra pure water. If you can manage to do this on a daily basis you will be amazed at the body's natural ability to cleanse and purify itself, simply by hydrating it properly.

If your body is properly hydrated, you will find that any water you are retaining, nagging headaches, skin problems, constipation, moodiness will clear up fairly quickly. So you will automatically lose a few kilos just from excess fluid and clearing up digestion.

PEACE

Eat in front of a person rather than screen. It cuts down on mindless eating and makes you more accountable for each nip.
