i had love a girl with such tendress that i can t breath if i didn t see her after a while she had leave me and now i don t know what am i going to do or to be can you help

Hang on! Does the girl knows you love her? It sounds like she leave the place is because she have to and not because she didn't like you, just a gut feeling though.
If my gut feeling was right... then you have to let her know how much you like her and how much she means to you. Be prepared for a relationship that you two can't see that much. If you trust her and she trust you, anything can happen.
BUT... if my gut feeling is totally wrong, SORRY! you need sometime to heal. Try to throw away anything she gave you, put all the photos with her on in the very bottom of a drawer, if you think you won't regret later, is better to throw them as well.

There nothing much that u can do since shes left u. Maybe it wasnt meant to be, some things just arent!
Look at it this way, if she has left u, perhaps she doesnt deserve u, and u will find someone better or different soon.
Its natural to feel bad/down/depressed when someone u love leaves u, but u have to move forward, dont live in the past. Theres life beyond too, and u will see it soon. Get involved in other activities, make new friends, gettogether with old frds., go out , have fun.
In time u will forget her, the pain will lessen.

If she is not with you or in a relationship you have to ask yourself is she feeling the same as I do???
If you don't know that then you must find out.
If she has told you she is not interested then you must move on.
A person does not deserve to be in a relationship that is one sided. Both people must love each other and if one cares and the other doesn't it will never work and you have to be realistic.
Do you want to be with someone who doesn't love you???? You deserve more.
Perhaps it is time to let go of this hurt and upset and be real with yourself.
Give yourself a good kick in the butt, dust yourself off and get out there and meet someone.
There are lots more ladies waiting to be charmed.......

No. and Yes. I cant take the hurt away and make this feel any less. I cant tell you that you will not hurt in time or hurt again.
But, you will find a place to put that hurt and deal with it, that doesn't keep you down 24/7. You need to find understanding and peace for what ever took place. You need to know that it is possible to find that love you have again, don't give up on your self Know you are good and you have something to offer.

look at it this way, if your heart is not going to make it with this one, what of the next big love!.
pick up your chin, and breath deep & hard, get ready for the next Love of your life.
Also dont smoke and get in shape ; eat well your heart still needs to fight off polution !
