Never. Why do hippies think this is even phathomable? The only way to "Earth Peace" is to stop reproduction, excise the poor and infirm, create an age-suspension cream or injection, elect an iron-fisted world leader and subdue all dissent from the philosophy of peace.
No children, no old people, no "different" people, virtual immortality. A sterile intellectual environment. World peace sounds great...

Though we can not correctly pin point the time element, the present trend in the world suggests that a Great Power has already resumed the responsibility to lead the world to peace. May be within a decade we will notice great change in the mindset of people after so much of turpitude and chaos.This may be compared to Tsunami and the after effects.nagarajan.

When it is destroyed... the same as all things.
Peace is effectively synonymous with non-existence... with nothingness.... with the Nihil. Peace comes from things NOT being, rather than being.... much as those other aspects with which it is associated: the lack of sound, the lack of movement, the lack of visual flair.
That which exists, which processes, which IS .... cannot be at peace.
The Earth will only be in peace when there is no Earth.
