I've always heard it does. Pre-natal vitamins are *loaded*with vitamin B. When a co-worker started taking them, she commented that her hair and nails (even her eyelashes) were growing faster, and her hair was getting thicker. So yeah, v-8 can do a lot for you.

I tried "hair vitamins" a couple of times. One brand made me queasy, and another didn't do anything but lessen my wallet...

Hair growth and hair thickener are 2 quite a few issues. if your hair texture has replaced and is popping out then you definately could evaluate different drugs youre taking or present day new child start could have an impact. a non everlasting answer is hair thickening shampoos. yet while your hair has been popping out and the feel has replaced, and there have been no present day changes in life type... then seek for suggestion from a doctor. they could take blood paintings to work out in case you will have some form of an infection, and so on. In turn they could refer you to a dematologist.

Yes Vitamin B/Iron Folic supplements do help in hair growth. But do not opt for that are available in open maret as they are synthetic and do more harm than any benefit. The harm is that one gets stones in kidney/bladder as they are synthetics and these supplements also cause skin infections among some other infections.
Opt for Herbal Vitamin B/Iron Folic supplements as they benefit in good hair growth alongwith they maintain heart beats and give strength/energy and reduce stress/hypertension etc.
You can go for herbal Vitamin B/Iron Folic of www.nutrilite.com or www.herbalife.com.
