Lufthansa is coming in cheapest currently at $213 USD roundtrip, all taxes and fees included. This with one connection at Munich each way. The cheapest nonstop is Swiss at $378. Best to book direct from the airline, http://www.lufthansa.com

From Zurich to Lugano, you sometimes find extremely cheap tickets on the SBB homepage (national railway services) if booked online for a specified date and time - and from Lugano to Venice there are ordinary tickets available.
