The most healthy seed or nut is the pumpkin seed.
I have a bag here
in my hand. Of the calculated Daily Value, 1/4
cup of pumpkin seeds contains 6% folic acid,
30% magnesium, 15% iron, 8% Niacin, a
whopping 25% phosphorous, and 15% Zinc.
This amount of the seed also has 25g of
dietary fiber, and 50g of protein, based on
a 2000 calorie diet.
I eat the whole seed, including the shell, which
is not recommended with sunflower seeds.
The seeds have a certain amount of salt for
flavoring.

Seeds are great for you. They are high in polyunsaturated fats, which can help decrease cholesterol, high in protein & in firbre. They are quite calorific though so have them instead of other snacks, not as well as.
They generally come unsalted & you can get them in mixed packs from tescos
