First of all, you've had the piercing for over 2 months, so taking it out to clean it would be fine.... Before removing the earring, twist it to be sure there is no scabbing. Then take some rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol on a cotton ball or swab and gently clean your ear with it. Clean the earring as well. Put some triple antibiotic cream (such as neosporin or your local grocers brand of triple antibiotic) on your ear. Then return the earring to your ear (new ear piercings close quickly, so work fast, thoroughly, but fast.

Oh and you should buy some nickel free earrings to wear when you do this. The earrings they pierce with have a sharp point on them and if you put them through crooked or wrong, you could cause more open wound, making you prone to MORE infection.

DO THIS EVERY DAY UNTIL THE INFECTION IS HEALED. IF IT DOESN'T GO AWAY AFTER A WEEK, GO TO YOUR DOCTOR. AFTER IT HEALS, CONTINUE WITH THE ALCOHOL CLEANING ONCE A DAY OR ONCE EVERY TWO DAYS.

You have an infection & need a disinfectant.
The best is tea tree oil. Try to gently work a couple of drops in from each side. The tee trea oil will go in with the keeper, if you remove the keeper the hole will close once it is bleeding.
