I'm a reasonable healthy 23 year old! Don't smoke, only drink occasional! Eat reasonable healthy too ! But i've suffered for sometime now, with whiteheads/comodones under the skin, these have sometimes lead to cysts. Blackheads are all so present. Got an appointment with an NHS Dermatologist, in April. But have been considering going to a Private Clinic, and getting laser treatment (N-lite) or a Chemical Peel. Anyone had any of these done? Or recommend any good natural remedies? Any Creams, Washes, or Vitamin supplements you could recommend, that may help? Cheers!

For some people one particular treatment will work well, for others it won't.

One hint I have found to find the treatment that works for you without spending huge amounts is to take advantage of trials provided by the manufacturers.

Treatment of milia They can be removed by a dermatologist by making a small cut in the skin with a scalpel, and then squeeze out the cyst. This is a simple procedure that takes a short time. It needed no anesthesia. Alternatively they can be removed at will first be carefully heated.

A benzoyl peroxide aqueous gel (like PanOxyl), it helps to stop the sebum from building up in the pores. And bio-oil is apparently quite good for scars, but I wouldn't know.
