after months of unsucsesfull diets i have decided that enought is enough!! i wanna be in shape by summer ..3 months time!!! i weight nearly 12 stone...5 ft 3. overweight and fat!!
what im doing now for the last week is having only a bannana and orange for breakfast130 calories...soup for lunch....75 calories(no bread) and a salad or light meal for tea at abooyut 5 in the evening. b4 lunch i do a 30 minute continuas excersise sweating ect!! inc jogging sit ups star jumps straeching muscles...with all this do you think i could reach my target weight of 8 half stone by june time??? if not what other exersises do you sujest.i also walk alot throughout the day...20 minutes everday to the kiddies school....and take dog for a walk.what else do you sugest i could do????
