im really fat and i cant cantrol my weight i just keep eating please tell me how i can reduce my weight!!!!!!!a friendly advice plzzzz!!!!!

you already know what is wrong. the question is are you happy being fat? because if you are, then there is no problem. as long as you are happy.

now if it bothers you. the next question is how much to you like to be healthy? how much? is it enough to push you to go to the gym and be healthy? or not? it really is up to you. and these days, i do not think that there is a fat person out there who do not know what to do if they like to be healthy!

Listen, a lot of people are gopng to give lots of advice, but the end result is up to you. its what you really want. If its not to be skinny then at least do it to stay healthy.

You start by making that decision.once you done that you count your calorie and fat intake per day. try www.phiorg.com.

Once this is done you know. GO by those measurements and every food product shows its fat and calory content on the labels. keep count using that. eat sensibly. switch to stuff like olive oil, and lean meat and loads of veg, you cant go wrong with natural products. keep chocolates and chops or pretzels as treats for yourself. once or twice a week.dont snack in between, if you must snack try dried fruits or low fat yoghurts.
I have a dog too so that helps me walk 10 mins in the morning and 10 mins in the afternoon. thats 20 mins brisk walking a day.
these are the things i did and i think i look ok-but more importantly i feel healthy. best of luck

I had the same trouble as you. You may want to seek help by going to weight watchers or join a gym and cut back on what you eat or not cut back and eat more meat and less bread. No snacks like chips and pretzels and popcorn or bread. Eat more healthy things like carrot sticks or vegetables and lots of meat. However it can't be a diet it has to be a way of life for you. That means no more going back to eating the way you did. It's hard for the first three weeks but once your body is use to the change you'll be ok. Trust me.

well i am a lil big my self but the best thing you can do is eat all yo juck in the morning the reson i say that because latrer on in the day yo body will burn all the fat .an eat health the rest of the day an you will lose it an you no you got to work out every day even if you are just walking to the car an back

if you arent totally game for diet and excersize just try eating healthier foods. Even if you over eat it is better to binge on fruit cups or lean turkey breast than it would be to stuff yourself full of chips or something. If you keep at it you should see results, they wont be astonishing, but they might just be enough to help motivate you into excersizing or going on a more strict diet.

This sounds more difficult than it is. Stop eating by 6pm every day - I did it, it's done wonders for my weight, also you wake up in the morning feeling really energized. Try it. Good luck.

first you need to tell yourself that you have a problem. overeating is an addiction. you have an addiction to food whether it comes emotionally or mentally. when you decide to stop that addiction you will be able to control yourself with food and will be able to try and exercise to lose the weight. no one can truly help you but yourself, people can give you advice all day long but it is up to you to take the first step in helping yourself. try portion control.

You should first go to your doctor. Then you probably should check into one of the self-help groups. If you aren't willing to make some real effort, then you might as well resign yourself to the fact that this is the way it's going to be and not whine about it.

well all i do is eat even when im not hungery i think its cuz im a loser at school and im bored so my mind is always on food i wish i was skinny i hate when i go to a store and they never have m size just smallr ones also i went 2 a bim websit and im obest i hate it

it worked for me, just think of food as poison hehe. i just think of how ugly or smelly iwill look if i eat too much. its like keeping food in a sink. it does not go anywhere. it stinks. yaak.. if you think about it like this, then you are training your self to hate food, then you will eat less.. then u will lose weight. your mind is more powerful to control than ur body.
