I'm European, I never die my hair, but i saw some blond japans these days and they really look strange if not funny...
I suppose natural color of Asian hair is black, but I like Asian girls with cheese nut colored hair, slightly red colored also looks cool !

IN? well it depends on the kind of girl. hair colors were really IN during 1997-1999. people would color their hair brown/chestnut/streaks of gold...personally i think it doesn't look good on some people. today some people still use hair color, oftentimes brown so i guess brown is the IN(for those who are into artificial hair colors). But (if you are into natural hair color) quite long, straight soft, silky, black hair is always IN for all seasons...

As rarely ;Asian People have a light colour hair.

if your white i prefer plain black or red
fo tan skin dark chocolate brown with highlights of blonde
