Try one of these:

What can/should we do to stop global warming?

What is global warming and how is it affecting the world?

If we continue to emit 70 million tons of CO2 everday into the atmoshpere, what will happen?

Hope this helped or at least gave you some ideas. =D

Good luck!

How about the people who are being paid by big-money interests to claim that global-warming isn't happening at all? Go over who these few scientists are, who funds them, what their motivations might be, and how their views compare with those of the majority of scientists in relevant fields. Decide who's right and why.
There should be plenty about this especially in American media, it's a big political issue here.

How old are you ? Anyway, my mother, a long time ago, she used to work in the federal goverment of Canada(NRCan.)
Basicly what do you think about what the people should really know about Global Warming? (even if this speech doesn't count on your science grade.)Well what's starting global warming? Argue about how no every day people aren't doing anything about it!

If you are intelligent you can say the ways in how global warming can be kept in correct level. You can prove your point by graphs, paper clippings and more details. If you are a nut crack ( like i am ) you better say the reasons for such a situation.
