Tweak means giving changes to some settings that is not done by default or that cannot be done easily by a common man and the settings change leads to a change in the behaviour of the application. for example to change the bootup delay in selection of os menu (normal 30 sec) if you have more than 1 os installed, you have to go to system properties, winlogon, then make a change from 30-3 seconds
