Because the Latinos rights activists just want to cry wolf. It's not fair at all. Hazleton used to be a great town to live in and raise a family and you didn't have to fear of being shot down outside your house. In Hazleton now, if at all possible I avoid traveling through the town b/c of how deplorable the town has become. It's filled with graffiti, gangs, drugs, etc. Mayor Lou is trying to clean up the streets and this stupid group for the Latinos is against it. If they want a better place to live and raise families then why are they so against this law? It would protect them too as long as they are in our country legally. The law doesn't just point out Latinos, it points out any person that is here in our country illegally, they can be from Ireland, Italy, Germany, China, etc...I hope Mayor Lou wins in court this week just to prove that he's one politicial that is not going to sit back and let our country fall apart!

Because the liberals want as many illegal aliens in the country as they can, this way you get mor illegal demcorate libveral votes and they have another mass of people to keep down so they cansay there helping them like thedems do with the blacks i this country. The fact is the illegal aliens in this country are mostly good people. but we have a large prision population of illegals who have been resonsible for 700,000 felonies in this country. Over 450 people die a year crossing the southern border., there are over a million illegals in nyc alone and yet we are afraid to find them. 9 children died last week in a 3 room row house that had 17 people in it, no sprinkler system, no smoke detectors and obviously bad head since they had to use a electric heater that overloaded the ancient wiring and started a fire. Nine innocient kids died and one adult, why, because the liberal won't let us find these people and correct the situation. An old lady is detained at an airport while 1000 a day walk accross a border? They call this security? Loitering laws were challenged specifically for the benefit of illegals, schools are overcrowed effecting the education of all, and many houses like the one n NYC that burned are all over the country. The ACLU should be opposed on every level, they are the true destoryes of this country. Any country that does not control its own border, will eventually just lead to national diseater, which has started already here.

Because in America today, you are not allowed to do anything that may seem "insensitive" even if your actions are towards CRIMINALS!!!
Every Illegal is a CRIMINAL. They entered this country illegally yet, the liberals expect them to have the same rights as citizens. That's an outrage.
We don't need ANY NEW immigration laws, we simply MUST enforce the ones that already exist.

Just another way for the ACLU to sabotage the American people. He tries to legally make his community a safe place, per his oath of office, and the low life's can't file papers fast enough
