Chain is normally put through a piercing if you want the piercing to be fixed and irremovable. This is because the tissues grow through the links as they heal.

I recommend that you do some research into it, however, as this is not a very common thing to do. You should be able to find more information on this type of piercing at www.bmezine.com.

Nothing other than jewelry is put into a piercing, but its not threaded with anything. Furthermore, most piercings aren't going to be permanent.

This question, no offense, is confusing and doesn't make too much sense.

Do you ask questions just to see yourself on here? Use your computer for more than a toy and research piercings, then you too shall have some answers.
