I've been working out on and off for 10 years and need to maintain or preferably lose just a few pounds, without throwing my joints out of wack. What should I do about the intensity (& incline) and time spent on my treadmill also?
Thanks for your suggestions.

Jilian's 30-day shred (and that's the 1st time i've got counseled it). generally i might advise "insanity" or Zuzana's youtube internet site however the 'shred' is low impact at the same time as nevertheless getting some era coaching. Plus it has distinctive tiers which you will artwork as much as and that they coach/permit you realize the thank you to do replace workouts in case you're actually not particularly waiting for the extra 'more desirable' ones yet
