I do walk on trademill every day for 20mins. But due to my operation 3yrs ago, i cannot continue due to pain on the pelvis bone and spreads to the leg. it makes me immpossible to walk or even sleep at night. please help.

get physio theraphy, you cant live a normal life by the sound of you. you have to be able to walk or do some kind of exercise to loose weight healthy.
firstly go to doctor explain this, as its not normal what you discribe!

I drink hot water and lemon every day about 4 cups full, infact im having one now. And yes it does help and its great for your skin. Exercise burns of calories and tones you up, if you eat less calories you will lose weight. The only reason why you need to exercise is so that you can have more calories that your body needs if that makes any sense. Basically it will take you longer without exercise or you could just eat less than your suposed to but i would not recomend that as its dangerous. Patience is a virtue. Good luck ;)

The only way to lose weight without exercise is buy cutting out most carbohydrates and eating mostly low-fat protein. It is also the only way you will avoid going flabby if you have alot of weight to lose, because the protein builds muscle and tones the skin. If you stick to fish, chicken, non-starchy vegies, salad, water and a smaller amount of good fat, such as avocado and extra virgin olive oil, you will be surprised at how much better you feel and the weight will come off - slower, but steadier.

See your doctor regarding the pain so that you can walk normally on level ground, if not on the treadmill.

If you cannot walk, you can do simple muscle building exercises by lifting small weights and thus keeping your arm muscles.

If you don't exercise and try to lose weight, your muscles too get wasted. Have you not seen photos of people starving? They don't look healthy!

Yes, you could lose weight with no exercise, but your muscles will disappear and flesh will be a bit bad with no gym. After losing weight (or even now) pay visits to the doctor to find some way to heal your pain.

check the nutritional information about lemons. They are good for us but I doubt that they have magical weight loss potential.
