on the weight watchers diet, diet coke had no points so you could drink as much of it as you liked.

I'm sure its fine to drink some diet coke there's hardly any calories in it however why not switch to ice cold water instead much better and healthier for you try putting ice and lemon in it for a bit of a boost. I think the chocolate was probably the biggest factor in the lack of weight loss, if you are really addicited to that chocolate fix try having two squares of dairy milk once a week. ( suck the chocolate slowly to make the taste last)

According 2 the John Tesh show, he says that diet Coke does more damage than any other diet soda around. Drink lots of water w/ a twist of lime which is better 4 u !!!

Hmm I think it may have been the chocolate!
It depends on which diet you are doing, if you are doing a calorie controlled diet then obviously a drink with only 5 calories is going to work better on your diet than a drink with 200 calories

the chocolate doesn't help but thry reduceing the amount of coke you drink and replace it with water and see the difference cause if you drink water on a diet it flushes you out and helps wait loss where as diet coke doesn;t

Diet soft drinks are made from CHEMICALS. Man made chemicals in your body contribute to disease and weight gain. As they do not allow your system to purge out the toxins naturally.
If you really want to diet , drink room temperature water and green tea. Hot drinks are supposed to help speed your digestion. Cold slows it down so everything you eat stays in your body much longer.
If you are going to eat any chocolate, make it dark low sugar chocolate. Read your labels.

It is ok for restricing calories, but what is not so good is the aspartame that is included in the ingredients.
I would also cut out chocolate if you are on a diet.
Try to keep products as near to natural as possible, apart from things like fat free dairy products which have obviously been processed to a degree, but are actually ok for you.

Yeah, it's fine! My sister still lost about 10 pounds even though she was addicted to diet coke. :)
