I am not sure if you really know what you are talking about when you say the mucus membrane broke. So I am really not going to go into this with you, because I don't want to scare you if this is not the case..You need to get your dog to the vet.

Is she showing signs of distress? Has she been pushing for all this time? If so get to a vet asap as she could have inertia. If she is just panting and scratching the bed then you may have a while to go yet. If she start's losing a green substance then she needs to be seen by the vet immediately this is an emergency as it means the placenta is breaking up.

.see in that situation i would phone my vet and see what they recommend you do... as it could be serious..could be nothing but better to be safe then sorry i think.
