How to convince her to do what?
If it is to become friends with you then, slowly approach her and don't scare her. Ask her name, what she does, etc. make conversation with her. Eventually, after you think she feels comfortable talking to her. Ask her to become your friend. The worst that can happen, my friend is she slapping you and saying "no". But have faith, she will accept you.

the way u talk should be confident, u must be very sure the answer u giv is true (even through its a lie) every time u ask a girl out .never ever ask her 'where u wan to go' or answer 'what ever' u should plan so that she surprise u r a guy with plan n attitude

Girl is always self-minded they can not see in broad (exception may be) so girl always wants to hear her about her own beauty, own talent & good communication power see always wants to convince boys by her own outlooking & body language. so go smartly and say hallo, hi, I like to talk u.. thats enough if u have smily face and capacity to speak about iner-vice of human-beings then she must interested on you.
