he dumped me an were friends but he said he needed a two week break from me without any contact but i rang him earlier by accident then about an hour later he rang me back an we were talking for a little bit an i said do ya want hang anytime an he said not really no, then i mentioned when he was coming over an i said did he want to hang an he said whatever does this mean that he does want to hang he just doesnt want to admit it please help

No, listen to him. He doesn't want to hang out, and he's just being nice but he wants you out of his life! Look at the signs...He wants a break from you, he SAID he doesn't want to hang out...he wants to be rid of you. Kick that loser to the curb and stop chasing him because he's not in to you. You'll find someone who is and whose signs you won't have to try to read in to.

honey, men will agree to things sometimes just because they don't want to be bothered with it. When he said he didn't want to hang out, then he didn't. When he said whatever the second time, he still didn't want to hang out. He probably didn't want to make you feel bad by saying no.
