relax...so you're gaining some weight, it's not the end of the world. if you starve yourself you can expect to lose control and binge eventually. you must take care of the great gift that your health and body is. Running for an hour will not burn as many calories as it sounds like you've eaten; the thing to do is to forgive yourself, and love yourself enough to eat healthy foods in healthy amounts and to exercise enough to enjoy the feelings of being strong and capable and fit. it is a marathon, not a sprint, you see?

No you cannot. Even in one hour of running you lose very little weight compared to how much you eat.
STOP STUFFING YOUR FACE. Eat the fish and veggies and fruits. Stop all white foods. That means NO PASTA, RICE, BREADS, AND POTATOES.
Stopping the carbs will be a challenge if you are a carb freak, as I am, but it will make a huge difference. When you stop white foods you automatically stop most butter and sauces.... Good Luck Two pounds a week is the best you can expect with diligent dieting and exercise. Walk two miles every evening.
I just looked up a kilo, 2.2 pounds, you could probably temporarily drop that on a liquid diet of juices and lots of water, plus prune juice as a laxitive.

WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO LOOSE ONE KILO IN A NIGHT....It wont be permanent if you do.
Perhaps if you do a large poo you might loose 250 grams.
you MUST TAKE CONTROL OF YOURSELF..FIND OUT WHY YOU ARE EATING SO MUCH. Go ON A CALORIE CONTROL ED DIET AND EXERCISE.It will take time but think of how long it took you to get to where you are now.
1200 Calories a day is all you need. Start reading labels and eating like a rabbit.Salads no dressing. You will soon be your spectacular old self.

its not that easy to lose a kilo.all you can do is start controlling yourself about your eating habits.if you are eating so much because of some kind of a reason, find out why.may be you are stressed up or you are thinking too much. and don't forget to go to the gym or do some exercises
