Well you go out and do something different, something you have not done before, and would of liked to of done, of coarse i am talking in a positive nature here. Then instead of doing every thing the same all the time, take some time to go and do other things, and learn to do some art, or building, or games, just lay on your back and look at the clouds, and see what they look like. Just go out there, and do something different to break that routined life you are living.

Make up a list of various activities, say 10. e.g. see a movie, phone a relative, visit a museum or library, exercise, go window shopping, see a game, visit a friend, etc. Put 10 pieces of paper, numbered 1 through to 10, in an opaque container, and draw one out. Do that (put the piece of paper in another container). From time to time, add new activities, and new numbers, but only after completing the first list.

Do what I did. Take up SKYDIVING! It'll definately change your life. It's also the best stress reliever in the world!
