Well, you have to start by just saying " Hi." Then approach her and you can talk to her about a normal staff. Do these things for some time and you will just get a clue whether is likes you or not. But you have to be careful about the feeling she has whether it is just a friendly liking or not. After that you will know what to do.

You can't love someone until you get to know them!!

If you are interested in someone just ask them out. If they refuse it's a "NO".
