How do I entice people to join? I want to get to know my neighbours and I would love to host a dog event of some sort, but I do not know how to start it or how to get people interested in it; any suggestions?

I would suggest tell ur neighbours abt it. Design a flyer and drop it in their mailboxes. Invite them to a meal. Discuss with them. Brainstorm with them. U can't do it alone. U need them for support and ideas and help to get started. For all u know, they might be so interested and give u really good ideas on it!

check with your local vets to see if there are any dog club in the area where you live. also check the akc.org site for listing of dog club in your area
