Early music composed by church appointed composers, Giovanni Da Palestrina is a fine example of polyphony, Gregorian chant is also very pleasing, Hildegaard Von Binggen another fine example of fine medieval music Anonymous 4 has a CD out called origins of fire composed by Hildegaard, truly spiritually awesome.

Its the HU song. You can sing quietly or listen to a tape of it as you meditate. It is not available in a regular music store however. You need to order one from ECKANKAR.
