Early music composed by church appointed composers, Giovanni Da Palestrina is a fine example of polyphony, Gregorian chant is also very pleasing, Hildegaard Von Binggen another fine example of fine medieval music Anonymous 4 has a CD out called origins of fire composed by Hildegaard, truly spiritually awesome.

Its the HU song. You can sing quietly or listen to a tape of it as you meditate. It is not available in a regular music store however. You need to order one from ECKANKAR.

Dear Maestro,
"Just as I am
without one plea
but that thy blood was shed for me
and that thou bid'st me come to thee
Oh Lamb of God I come "
I find acceptace, unconditional love and forgiveness in Jesus who died for me that I might live.
Best,
Topaz
