Hucklebe has got the right answer...most nutritionists and dieticians will tell you the same thing...the rule is that a portion is about the size of your fist...so as much as you can fit into your hand is what becomes your portion.

This applies to grapes, rice, chips, cookies, carrots, spagetthi, lasanga...anything that goes into your mouth (with the exception of candies and chocolates).

Portion sizes nowadays are way out of whack...people think that a huge plate of spaghetti makes one portion, or that a bag of chips is one portion, Our perception of how much we should eat is all messed up. We should only eat until we're full....not stuffed silly.

Reducing your portion sizes to fistfuls of food will better help you control overeating and help control your weight.

Whatever you can fit into a measuring cup?

Which would be, depending on the size of the grapes, between 10 and 15-ish.

My best guess.

Hey it's OK if you eat extra! You can have as many servings of fruit a day as you want, provided you're eating other things too.

one portion (of anything) is whatever can fit in the palm of your hand.
