See a mental health professional(psychiatrist)

Get on a regimen of medications to prevent them.
If you can afford them
{{ Xanax is the most common for severe.

Valium is generally used to treat panic attacks at the moment they happen(if they want to put you on something just as an emergency treatment for once you start having one, say no. 90% of the time you just feel high, yet still have anxiety.)

Antipsychotics are a very good choice for moderate to severe panic attacks. Risperdal/Seroquel(my personal favorites) and others. }}

Also, Vitamin B supplements such as Sublingual B-Total can help.

Avoid stimulants such as chemicals found in energy drinks(including caffeine), alcohol, and diet/energy pills.

I do know that Xanax works for anxiety, it really mellows you out.In a way, it's like a legal form of marijuana without the paranoia and munchies. Let your doctor know about your anxiety and ask for some xanax. It also lowers your blood pressure at times.
