and it is irritating me. Surprisingly, I am getting that irritation during evenings and nights only.

it appears that your home is humid... there might be fungal fibres in the Air that make your body itch due to allergy...

clean the entire house dust / dirt from each nook and corner and slits... by vacuum cleaning, washing etc... make it ventilated... allow sun light to enter in day time...

i think the condition will improve... usually people take a tablet of 'avil' that stops etching within a couple of minutes...

For dry itch in the body grind 1 tablespoon poppy seeds with 1-teaspoon water and 1 teaspoon lime juice and apply on the affected areas. Rule out the cause of the itch by consulting a physician.

e45 itch cream is great and its cheap
i find my skin itches quite a lot if i change soap or washing powder. it becomes read and soar. also hot baths can make your skin itch good luck

probably due to some elergins your coming in contact at your house,dry skin loosing mosture,use skin moistures,medicated soaps as advised by doctors may help you.
