A lot of guys out there look at women as meat!
Also a lot of people just judge people, because they think they have the right or they need someone to look down on to make them feel good
I work as a waitress at a strip club so I deal with this a lot. I have men wanting to touch me and grope me. Where as I also have guys who talk to me and get to know me. That's just how some of them are.
I just got home actually and I had this guy tonight reach under my skirt and grab my ***. (Not something I allow!!!). So I kindly told him dont do that and he did it again. I moved on the other side of the table, to get away. When ever someone touches me I always ask " where's my money, you just disrespected me!" This a** gave me $2. I was so pissed but that how some men are. I know it sounds trashy to be mad about the money but man!!!! I told him he need to learn how to respect women and walked off and didn't go back to that table.
Didn't mean to make this so long but I needed to vent sorry!!!

The point is as you noted this ain't the beach. This is a forum with people from all persuasions and age groups. And yes some even minors. So your avatar might be appropriate in some settings to some groups it is not appropriate in all settings to all groups. Just because you have the right to go outside barely naked does not mean it is a good idea. What you wear does reflect on you as a person. And in your case what you don't wear reflects also. If you are as intelligent as you claim why do you have a photograph of your boobs are your brains there? So to sum this up, aren't you getting the attention you are seeking. I bet if you take a head shot instead of a boob shot people will see more than what your avatar currently reflects. Don't blame men for being men, esp. if that is the kind of attention you are obviously seeking.

You need to categorizes the 'people' in groups. Im sure the probability of westerner wouldn't really judge your morality/intelligences based on your avatar.
But you must be aware that, the community here are not just ranging from western countries but also eastern country and part of asia.
i would say asian has their own culture and conventional thought of how other people bring about themselves and that is not exceptional to westerners. Im sure there are also conventional westerners.
Furthermore, in philosophy ' Never judge a book by it covers'. But how often do people actually apply that? Before someone apply that phrase into thought, everyone or perhap 98% of people will first judge what they can see and observe of someone.
If i wear slippers, dirty shirt with a short to a professional interview (exaggerated for example sake), even thought i have equal or better qualification than other interviewee, im sure the odd of me getting the professional job has dropped to 1% if not 0%.
Well i dont see the point of you putting a cleavage avatar of someone. Im sure it isnt you =).
Imo, is avatar is for fun. I dont mind if you have someone cleavage one it. Just spice things up. That is my opinion. But i cannot beat the other 5.6 Billion people in the world opinion
fyi, im a male.

The picture is the start of two people becoming friends or enemies. Sensitive people can get easily offended by your picture.I was also offended, cause like, I'm still 11. from myself, I always check to other people the things that I will do, like should I go through the hall in the hospital where nurses injects and get blood from the people with my friend who has a phobia against needles? I rather do that than Go through that hall, that person might say something bad about you. But feel free to express yourself. You can always apologize if it REALLY is wrong....

Great for you, but if you are truly intelligent which I believe you are write with conviction and passion, and show your intelligence and edeavors when you speak.
A picture is worth a 1000 words.
For some it could be saying: You are a porn queen,
You are promoting an escort business.
You are so lonely that you have to go to the net and expose yourself in this manner.
Perhaps get a friendly avatar, or one with a funny name, anything that suits you.

It is great to know about your educational achievements, and your philanthropic actions for society. We wouldn't have known if you hadn't told us.
But on another note, from what I have learned with time, it is unrealistic to expect people to 'not judge'. People, sometimes unfortunately, do jump to conclusions from what they see. Sometimes, they are wrong conclusions, and sometimes they very well might be right on. But that's besides the fact that judging does happen, even if it is unconsciously.
Maybe it is my conservative nature, but your avatar is attention grabbing in the wrong way. If you wish people see your intelligence, compassion and other noble qualities, then they'd have to dig deeper for sure, but at one glance of your photo, they are bound to jump to a certain thought...
Ofcourse, I am neither condemning, nor encouraging.
All I am saying is that it's the reality of society. People will judge, even if they do so silently, or even unconsciously.

Because this is not the website for this ends, there are plenty of websites out there for you to expose your nude pictures and find people with your degree of morals and intelligence, (if there is any).
The bottom line, you don't act like someone with levels of morals or intelligence. People here doesn't get so impress of naked avatar's pictures but with the quality of answers and questions posted...not naked avatars posted.

I try not to judge people on their appearance but your avatar is the image you present to the rest of us as telling something about yourself. You choose this avatar out of all the possible pictures you could have used; that isn't just judging you on your appearance, but on an *action* you took.
And if you ask me, a picture focussing on big boobs in a small bikini top is more sexual than full nudity when someone's doing nothing special. Lots of people expose their bodies at a nudist resort but they just go about their business sitting in the sun, playing sports, swimming, reading, dining or whatever, but they don't take closeups of their breasts. When people do that, they usually imply something more than just 'exposing their body'.

Because it makes you like you are the type that lets it all hang out, to attract attention. Change your avatar if you don't want to be percieved in this manner. By the way education and generosity have nothing to do with morals.

I am sure that people when judging your morality will 100% say that you are some sexy and beautiful lady out there who wants everyone to **** her. But this isn't what people ought to say, they should respect your wits and sexiness. On my part I just love you baby. Keep it up and go do the dirty things, non-stop "Nudity is a respectable thing nowadays". Love ya, Bye

There's a time & place for everything. YA are neither the beach nor your bedroom. Our avatars are our projection of what we think of ourselves or how we want to be perceived by the rest of world. Obviously you want the negative attention; otherwise you'd post a different picture. So why complain?
