The home remedy to lower body heat is by drinking amla juice with honey and lime juice with water on an empty stomach every morning or drink pomegranate juice with 2 - 3 drops of almond oil. Some school of thought believe that jaggery, meat, fish, coffee, papayas are supposed to be hot foods and curd, butter milk, fruit juices are cold foods but there is no scientific proof for it.

Drinking lots of water ,Yoghurt and buttermilk, coconut water, watermelon etc lower body heat and soothe your body.take a normal water bath - it reduces the heat in ur body n cools u down.
even sweating cools ur body down a lot.
eating spicy foods raises ur body temperature and also does non veg meats , salty foods , oat porridge.

apply and massage castor oil to your head, toes and navel. Take
tender coconut water, citrus juices and skimmed buttermilk. And for
heat raising food,mustard oil and spices will do. This is from my personal experience.
