A therapeutic dose of vitamin D should be given if needed after consulting a paediatrician. Child should be exposed to sunlight along with an ample supply of calcium in the diet either in the form of milk and milk products, fish, amaranth, fenugreek, drumstick leaves and ragi. This problem is common for age of two that's why its call terrible two in western country. You have to introduce your child to different kind of fruits veggies and food. Also make sure she is having enough milk or milk product and playing enough to get tired and sleeping well. If she is still having lack of appetite then get her check for worms and get her treated.
Consult your doctor and put her on therapeutic dose of multivitamin.
I will also suggest you not to worry about her complexion there is nothing wrong being dark we are all in different colour but in the end what is common between us is that we all are human.
