Philippines is what is it, poor country with great hearted people. Just hide your cash, your jewelry, your Rolex and be aware of pickpockets!. Also if you are American, just pretend that you are CANADIAN !!! About that girl that your met in http://asiangf.net make sure that she will tour you in secure area only. Makati is cool. good luck

I'm from the Philippines, not all areas are safe just like on other countries. My advice is when you decided to come over to the Philippines, always be alert of your belongings. As for your counterpart, not all Filipinas are bad , but some are. Just take extra precautions ok.

I suppose you're from America? I always get comments like that. Is the Philippines safe? Or something to that effect. But, yes, the Philippines is safe. As long as you're always on your toes (isn't that how it should be always?).

sure if you dont mind being kidnapped to be sold into white slavery, robbed, murdered, raped, pillaged, etc. (thats what they call a slow Tuesday).
Best tell people your from Canada, nobody cares about them. But get your affairs in order, and if your mad at a family member resolve it before you leave. You wouldn't want them feeling guilty the rest of their life.

yes, the place is safe. only you have to be careful of pick pockets, holdapers,kidnappers and gold diggers. BUt there are a lot of tourist spots in the philippines. the best tourist spots especially when you are going there with special someone.hehehe! have fun in the phils. and enjoy.

They have a high STD infection rate, be careful. And keep it protected because I know with that kinda girl you will be having sex with alot of dudes.
