apart from a cardiovascular activity like jogging, do some abdominal exercises to tone your abs. Try doing ab crunches, sit ups, and a pilates move called 'hundreds'. Also don’t neglect your back. After doing abs, do work on back too. Another thing- watch your diet.

Please note the following for shaping up your abs......
a) A diet rich in fibres and less of fats, oil and spices.
b) Take fresh fruits regularly.
c) Do not take a heavy meal.
d) Do not drink water during a meal or just after that. At least 45 mins to one hour after a meal you can drink water.
e) Take food at regular intervals daily.
f) Restict red meat. You can take fish if you like.
g) Regular exercises and yoga will make you physically and mentally fit.
h) Do not consume sweets very frequently.
i) Drink plenty of water (not with a meal or just after that)
j) Do not sleep in day time after lunch.
