you know any medication can cause that. But it may not be the medication, it just may be the way you are feeling, and how overwhemled you are, and how stressed out, and depressed, so please go see someone about it.

Honey,
I read one of your other questions too, moments ago. I have panic attacks that lay me out flat, BLACKOUT. Down for the count. I hyperventilate and all of my extremities (hands and feet) turn blue and curl up from severe oxygen depravation. Im hearing your cries for help, and all I can offer is this. I was put on Xanax, it is one of MANY in the BENZODIAZIPINE family, others include primarily:Valium and Klonipin. Xanax is most powerful, and when I feel an anxietiy attack coming, I take 1mg. IT IS THE ONLY THING that has stopped my attacks when they come.

I just developed this about a year and a half ago. I am pretty sure its from STRESS causes by marrying a loser, then immediately (as in within 3 weeks) having conceived our first child, we went on to having 3 more boys afterward. He did not help me with anything....they were the no.1 worry on my mind as we never had money, he would not keep a job, and we keep ending up at his mothers house. for 8 str8 years this man has put me thru hell, and I just think that my body and mind snapped, and these panic attacks are the result of that.

People will always say, "You NEED TO find ways to better deal with your stress".....but these are the naive idiots who have support from family, who have a safe place to run to and keep their children safe and fed. Ive tried leaving, but he has screwed my credit up so bad, that no one will rent to me.

okay....i went way off track there. See about getting on an anti-anxiety....I prefer Xanax, and the doc should start you off on .5 mg's because that is actually pretty powerful if you have not ever taken this class of drug before. It can always be increased if need be. **LET ME WARN YOU THO"** these are highly addictive, and you have to weigh the pro's & con's to whether or not you have control of your anxiety, or whether it has you.

GOD BLESS YOU,
really, may you be free of this before
it results in full blown panic attacks
that cripple every area of your life~
In my prayers,

*SEVEN
