Google's Picasa is also a great basic photo editor. Search for it, where else, on Google.
Many printers come with basic photo editing software, such as HP Photo Editor (which you can also download for free at hp.com)

picasa from google is a free software.
U can search the web or try www.picasa.com (not sure).
This is a free software and u can do simple photo editings in this software.Easy to use and it also organizes ur photo files and vedeo files.
