Hi everyone.

Me and my boyfriend of nearly a year broke up yesterday. It had been quite an intense relationship. No cheating but some trust issues made worse by my snooping. I know it was good to get out of the cycle but right up until yesterday we still really cared about each other and loved each others company, we just had bouts of distrust. So...i know it makes sense, but it is my birthday on Friday. We had planned to spend the whole weekend together going for walks and stuff, now i will never see him again and i know it's going to be a miserable birthday. I know if i rang he would spend it with me but i feel like that would be a huge step backwards in getting over him. Any ideas or should I just resign my self to a rubbish birthday!?

The right choice is not necessarily the easy choice..

Don't spend the day with him, it is in fact gonna be a huge set back..even if you make other plans for your birthday, I think you should accept that you're gonna have a crappy birthday - he's not gonna be there..

It will be okay..and there will be more birthdays, new interests/love..

Strongs.

look at it from his factor, if he suggested that he became into ill whilst he wasnt, what did he choose? im questioning area. That doesnt recommend that the wreck up is very final, it purely ability enable him learn how to omit you. once you leave the abode, dont convey your telephone, you would be tempted to call him or text fabric him. i in my view purely heard something like this right this moment, you thoroughly decrease off touch with him despite if he calls you. wait a minimum of two weeks from now, then if/whilst he calls you are able to answer and notice what he needs yet enable him come to you cuz undergo in techniques, he does want some area. no person wastes a yeah and a a million/2 and purely drops it. its like abruptly changing schedule.. provide it it slow =]

if the relationship really is over you have to spend this time healing, if however you think there is still a chance for you both, then ring him, dont let it go, not because its your birthday, but because what you had is worth having and working at, good luck

No, don't everyone make mistake and sounds like your is a honest one.
Bring him somewhere and tell him that you are sorry and you really treasure his love.
Make a promise on your birthday that you will keep it for the rest of your birthday.

Nah, don't call. Gather up a couple of your girlfriends and go out on the town, dinner, few drinks, have a good time.

I think you should stay as friends for the moment. Both of you may not know each other well enough but yeah, be friends and stay cool.
