If you do not love her anymore, and if even if you love her, but couldn't stand her attitude.

The second you start to consider breaking up with her.
There are two ways that I have seen this go:
1) The guy immediately recognizes that this is not going to work and breaks up with her, but explains the situation. They both talk for a while (usually all night... and by usually I mean like 3/5 times that I have heard about it) and remain friends.
2) The guy sees that it doesn't look like it is going anywhere, but thinks he can save it. Then he also feels like he doesn't want to the girl to suffer. Then he keeps the girl thinking she loves him. Then the relationship REALLY starts to stagnate. Then he just looks for ways to escape (join the Army, transfer colleges, etc.). Girl becomes really depressed, gains weight, loses friends... Kinda downhill spiral from there.
When he breaks up with her, he feels like he doesn't owe her an explanation and things just kind of explode.
Long story short, if you know for sure that it isn't going anywhere, talk it over with the girl and if you both agree that it'd be best to break up, go for it. Talking is always the best choice in any situation.

The time to break up with your girl friend depends on various factors like her loyalty, sincerity, ability to face the ups and downs of life. Once you know that your girl friend is not the one with whom you like to commit your whole life, it is the right time to say things clearly and break up.

Well -if u fight a lot especially at the first satges of the relationship, if she is really distant, obsessive and very very hight maintainance , if she cheats on you , when u stop enjoying her company, If u still have feelings for ur ex, the list goes on and on

That's kind of a vague question. Here are the possible answers. Never. Right now. Someday. Maybe she'll dump you instead. Before you cheat. Etc. etc. etc.. Sorry need more info to be more specific.

when you are not inlove with her anymore. When she just using you, treat you badly, violent, cheating on you, flirting with somebody, immature. I think you should add more about your situation at least you will get the honest answer. goodluck!
