For a strong body, consume a lot of protein-rich meat and undertake gratuitous amounts of physical activity of various kinds. Of course that sort of thing is somewhat overrated... and it is typically enough to just get enough meat, fruit and vegetables to be satisfied and achieve whatever you can by straight-up physical means rather than mechanical short-cuts.
For a strong mind, just start applying logic to the commonly unknown and try working your way through the mysteries of the Universe that way. The "meaning of life" is a good place to start... and if you can progress further once you conclude that it doesn't technically exist then you'll be doing well.
If you want something simpler though... just count through the Fibonacci sequence until you cannot go on any longer, then try again... (and in case you don't know, every number in the sequence is the sum of the previous two numbers).

For a strong body – exercise regularly; follow a nutritious & healthy diet plan
For a strong mind – meditate; avoid anxiety, anger. Have faith in either your own self or on God…. Most important is to have faith, don’t be hopeless.
And for both of the above say no to fagging and boozing.
