the strugth of the body depent upon the exercise and the food u take.according to the age u can do the exercise daily by a good coach"s advise.and eat fruits ,vegitables, more. that gives more strongth.but the strongth of the mind is in your thinkings. so you must keep your mind clen and fill it with good ideas. that will make your mind strong.

eat the right food, and i do mean leave the fatten things alone, like cake, donuts, and etc. work out, and try to relax at night, and not bring home your work from the office, or the place you work, cause stress is a real killer, and that should do the trick.
