and cure my horrible addiction thats taking over my life ! Helllllllllllllllllllllp . Oh Im male which makes it worse !

Try calling your local hospital or see your doctor and request a mental health referral.
Probably would be a bad idea to look for a support group on-line, since it would likely feed your addiction.

Join Myspace, groups, at www.myspace.com [free] and click on "groups" in the upper toolbar, select "other" and enter your addictions, one at a time, possibly starting your own group, maybe changing later, and even exchanging email addresses, etc. Yahoo; groups & Google; groups too.

I've heard that the best way to cure one addiction is to start a new one... you never know?

unplug your computor and put it away, or put it in a storage where you do not have the key, then go to mental health, and talk to them about your addiction, i am sure they will enjoy listening to this one.
