regarding railroad crossing? they ALL need to have those arms that go down when a train is coming. strict fines for people who attempt to drive around the arms. also bright orange markings to alert you to upcoming train tracks. when roads/highways are being rebuilt they need to seriously consider putting in overpasses. i worked for an attorney who handled train wreck cases. believe me i look both ways @ a train crossing! regarding trains crashing into each other? while there needs to be manatory drug testing! and training... retraining.
